Waitlist Form Submissions

When you join the Operator Pro waitlist, we collect:

• First name
• Email address
• Role (owner-operator, fleet manager, dispatcher, freight broker, or other)
• Number of trucks managed
• Country
• Your biggest operating challenge (free text)
• Feature preference
• Email consent confirmation (yes/no)
• Consent version identifier
• Submission timestamp

Calculator Usage

QuicklyFig does not collect or store calculator inputs. All calculations run locally in your browser. We do not see, store, or transmit the values you enter into freight, trucking, or logistics calculators.

Analytics

QuicklyFig uses Google Analytics (tracking ID: G-M2MX9KG045) to collect aggregate usage data, including:

• Pages visited
• Time spent on site
• Referral sources
• Device type and browser
• General geographic location (city/region level)

This data is collected in aggregate and does not identify individual users. Google's privacy policy governs how Google processes this data.

Advertising

QuicklyFig uses Google AdSense (publisher ID: ca-pub-9061132571167263) to display ads. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site or other sites. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

QuicklyFig uses cookies for:

• Google Analytics tracking

• Storing cached calculator inputs locally in your browser (this data never leaves your device)

You can disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect calculator prefill functionality but will not prevent you from using the tools.

• Waitlist communications: To notify you about Operator Pro beta access, launch availability, and founding-member pricing

We do not share personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. Email Communications

You will only receive email from QuicklyFig if:

• You submitted the Operator Pro waitlist form, and
• You checked the email consent checkbox

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe option. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing hello@quicklyfig.com.

4. Data Retention

Waitlist submissions are retained until:

• Operator Pro beta launches and you are notified, or
• You request deletion of your information

• Request access to personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate personal information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Unsubscribe from email communications

6. Third-Party Services

QuicklyFig uses the following third-party services:

• Netlify: Waitlist form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify. Netlify's privacy policy (available at netlify.com/privacy) governs their handling of that data.
• Google Analytics: Aggregate usage tracking as described above. Google's privacy policy (available at google.com/policies/privacy) governs their handling of that data.
• Google AdSense: Ad serving and personalization as described above. Google's privacy policy governs their handling of that data.

QuicklyFig is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

7. Children

QuicklyFig is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at hello@quicklyfig.com and we will delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of QuicklyFig after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. If we make material changes, we will note them prominently on this page.
