QuicklyFig started because we kept doing the same calculations over and over in spreadsheets — load profitability, crew headcount, cleaning costs, startup budgets. We figured other people were too.
We both came out of the same world — STL Lambert Airport. Chris ran ground operations for a major ground handling company, managing crews, scheduling, vendor contracts, and airline relationships. Ferdows built his career in aircraft and facility cleaning, and is now launching his own commercial janitorial services company in the St. Louis area.
Between the two of us, we've done the math on load profitability, staffing costs, contract bids, startup budgets, and operating margins more times than we can count. Usually in a spreadsheet. Usually late at night. Usually because there wasn't a good free tool that just gave us the answer.
So we built one. Then fifteen. Then eighty.
— Chris & Ferdows, founders of QuicklyFig
QuicklyFig is built for people who run real operations and make real financial decisions — owner-operators evaluating whether a load is worth taking, freight brokers calculating true margin after overhead, rideshare drivers figuring out what they actually take home after expenses, contractors estimating material costs before they bid a job, and anyone moving who needs to know how many boxes they actually need.
These are not hypothetical users. They're the people we work alongside, the communities we're part of, and in many cases, us.
We update our calculators regularly and take accuracy seriously. If something looks wrong, tell us — we'll fix it.
📧 hello@quicklyfig.comWe're adding new calculators every few weeks. The roadmap includes warehouse and distribution tools, cleaning and janitorial cost calculators, construction and contracting estimators, and a dedicated platform for aviation ground operations built around Chris's operational experience at STL Lambert.
